Ideatrade offers a range of Internet-based services through the Website, collectively referred to as the “Service.” One such service allows users to purchase custom merchandise from Ideatrade and various sellers, collectively referred to as “Products.” These Products can be purchased through the Website using various payment methods. After placing an order, Ideatrade will ship the product to you, and you will be responsible for payment.

Credit/debit cards

5. Shipping

We deliver all orders within Bangladesh and to selected international locations. We use third-party courier companies such as Redx Steadfast, and Pathao. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days.

6. Returns

You can return any product within 10 days of purchase if it is defective, does not match the product description, or is the wrong item. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and provide an unboxing video of the product. If the unboxing video shows that the product is defective, we will refund or exchange it for you. If the unboxing video shows that the product is not defective, we will not refund or exchange it.

7. Privacy

We will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of our website or the products you purchase from our website. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  Return & Refund Policy

We at Idea Trade always try to deliver our products in perfect condition. But sometimes things go wrong and you may receive a damaged or faulty product. Don’t worry, we have your back. You can return the product and get a replacement or a refund.

To be eligible for a return, you need to follow these steps:
Ensure the product is within 5-10 days of the order date.

Please keep the product unused and in its original condition with all the tags and packaging intact. Return any free promotional item that came with the product.

Contact our customer care team by emailing info@ideatrade.com.bd within 2-5 days of receiving your order.

We will arrange a pick-up or guide you on how to send the product back to us. After we receive your return, we will check the product and confirm if it meets our return criteria. If it does, we will either replace the product with a new one or process your refund.

Refund Policy Your refund will depend on the following factors:
The availability of the product in stock. You will get a full refund if the product is out of stock.

The mode of payment you used. If you paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), there is no refund because you didn’t pay anything. If you paid by Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer, you will get a refund in your respective account.

The deduction of the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge. These are non-refundable charges and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Your refund will be processed within 5-10 working days after we verify your return. If you don’t receive your refund within this time, please email us at info@ideatrade.com.bd and we will look into it.

We reserve the right to change these return and replacement policy at any time without notice. Your continued use of our website after any changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new return and replacement policy.
